Dakota Blue Richards, an English actress is best known for her role as Lyra in the movie The Golden Compass.' She also played Franky for"Skins," a British drama Skins. She also has a long history of performing on stage in plays such as 'Arcadia as well as A Streetcar Named Desire. Richards was a Londoner at birth, grew up on the Sussex coast. She took a couple of drama classes at her school, but was mostly taking training in acting at weekends. The school day was shortened to go on auditions.
